Edgar Chen 4559366a81 Bug 2042302 - Skip the paste confirmation popup if programmatic paste is initiated while handling a keyboard event that would trigger a paste command; r=masayuki,smaug
When a page requests to read the clipboard programmatically and the clipboard
data originates from a different page, a paste popup is shown to obtain user
consent. However, if the programmatic paste is initiated while handling a
keyboard event that would trigger a paste command, it is not necessary to ask
for confirmation, since we know the page could already obtain the clipboard data
from paste event.
