Hiroyuki Ikezoe f66e509a3e Bug 2059593 - Stop passing BrowsingContext over IPC in the AutoScroll actors. r=Gijs
AutoScrollChild sent its own BrowsingContext to AutoScrollParent as part
of the "Autoscroll:Start" message, but a JSWindowActorParent and its
paired JSWindowActorChild always share the same BrowsingContext, so
AutoScrollParent can just use its own `this.browsingContext` instead.
