`mach taskgraph` YAML output crashes with RepresenterError on macOS when generating multiple parameter sets. Upstream taskgraph fans generation out over a ProcessPoolExecutor, which uses the "spawn" start method on macOS. Spawn workers re-import only taskgraph.main, not gecko_taskgraph.main, so the ReadOnlyDict representer previously registered in gecko_taskgraph/main.py (parent process only) is absent, and the plain SafeDumper cannot serialize the test-setting ReadOnlyDict produced by transforms/test/other.py. Register the representer on yaml.SafeDumper in gecko_taskgraph/__init__.py instead, which is imported inside the workers via the transforms, so the representer is present wherever safe_dump runs.
