Sanitizing while parsing needs to insert content at a position other than the end of a parent's child list, because content whose parent the sanitizer replaced with its children keeps the position that parent would have had. This change prepares for that, without any sanitizer-visible behaviour: - The node, text and comment insertion paths are factored into PrepareForInsertion(), InsertNodeBefore(), InsertTextImpl() and InsertCommentImpl(), and gain InsertBefore(), InsertTextBefore() and InsertCommentBefore() variants that take the node to insert before, - GetFosterParent() is split so that GetFosterParentForInsertBefore() exposes the foster parent to insert before the table in, without the stack parent fallback, - IsElementOrTemplateContent() becomes IsPossibleFosterParent(): the spec says "if the adjusted insertion location's last table has a parent node", and any parent node qualifies, including the DocumentFragment that roots a fragment parse, - nsHtml5HtmlAttributes gains entryAt() and removeAttributeAt(), so that a start tag token's attributes can be filtered before they reach the element.
