MmapSIGBUSHandler calls siglongjmp to escape the SIGBUS, but TSAN wraps signal delivery internally and doesn't support non-local jumps out of signal handlers. We skip this test under tsan. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D293851
