Mike Hommey d7acf38cc1 Bug 2053306 - Expand STL wrapping for wasm-sandboxed code. r=pbone
Bug 1829050 has a blindspot for code that doesn't directly include the
wrapped STL headers. For those, in pure C++ land, we have cxxalloc
exposing the symbols for operator new and operator delete.
Wasm-sandboxed land needs the same.
