All the `operator==` converted was implemented via comparing all the member
variables, so they can be implemented using `=default`.

Drop the inaccurate comment for `nsStyleImageLayers::Layers::operator==` since
the `mImage` was compared using plain `==`.

This patch doesn't change behavior.
