Jed Davis 1485e9ce0d Bug 2045119 - Add test cases for tampering with a shared memory handle's size. r=afranchuk
This adds some affordances for testing which might have other uses:

* A test fixture class which allows access to otherwise private operations,
  to test what happens in situations normally disallowed by C++ types

* A mock IPC actor that turns deserialization FatalError calls into
  non-fatal logging, to test that invalid input is correctly rejected
  without the overhead of gtest death tests

* SerializeAndDeserialize is now factored out and type-generic
