`insertText` command etc may be used during a composition and we need to handle them for the backward compatibility and compatibility with the other browsers. However, we should not treat such coming commands as a part of composition. Therefore, we should make the related methods take `InputTextFor` and consider to make an `InsertTextTransaction` for a text insertion not caused by a composition change.
