Jamie Nicol 915a45750c Bug 2056873 - gn_processor.py: generate separate configs for macOS and iOS. r=glandium
Still passing target_os = "mac" to `gn gen` for the iOS configurations
else it will fail, but this allows different options to be set for macOS
and iOS respectively.

In particular, this allows ANGLE to build different targets with
different enabled backends for macOS and iOS.

In addition to the `CONFIG["OS_TARGET"] == "Darwin"` conditions emitted
in the generated moz.build files, `CONFIG["TARGET_OS"] == "OSX"` and
`CONFIG["TARGET_OS"] == "iOS"` conditions are emitted where appropriate.

This allows us to remove the hack in gfx/angle/moz.yaml we previously
used to ensure ANGLE's libEGL and libGLESv2 targets weren't built for
iOS.

# Finally, we emit another GeneratedFile to perform the action,
# ensuring we substitute the path to the generated response file
