Figma's limitations mean that we need to override certain tokens in code. To better keep track of which tokens are being overridden, this also updates the build process to output audit files that we can reference to more easily identify tokens that need to be added or corrected in Figma. Some tokens are moved from `tokens-shared.css` to `tokens-brand.css` and some tokens that are the same in Nova as Proton are removed, since the override isn't necessary.
